CTC offers two types of web site monitoring service:
- Web site traffic monitoring - tracking how many visitors come to your site, where they come from, which page they enter your site on, which pages they visit and which page they leave your site on.
- E-commerce sales performance monitoring - tracking how on-line sales are made and generating statistics on sales conversion (visitors per sale) and return on investment (ROI).
Web Site Monitoring
For your web site to be a success, you need to know where your customers are coming from. CTC offers two packages:
- WebAlizer stats - that provide summary information on web site traffic
- Hitslink stats - that provide detailed web site referral information and visitor tracking
E-commerce Sales Performance Monitoring
An essential element of managing your e-commerce business is an understanding of how successful your web site is at generating sales. We provide a variety of e-commerce tracking tools that will enable you to monitor:
