Whilst the volume of traffic to the site is relatively low (between 100 and 150 unique visitors per day), the traffic is very focused so that a large proportion of visitors go on to purchase from C&J's.

The site currently enjoys a high ranking for several of the major keyword combinations, including: "military medals", "British military medals", "regimental ties", "medal mounting", and "medal framing".

Benefits
The site does not have a shopping cart system and payment gateway. All enquiries are handled by John or Christine who tend to close the sale over the phone. John estimates that roughly 50% of C&J's business comes via the web.
