Business Gifts UK – A content managed and database-driven web site promoting corporate gifts. This is a complete eBusiness Solution. The web site manages the entire sale process. Customers can request quotations for specific products. Using their individual account areas customers can approve quotations and convert these to orders. The system automatically generates Order Acknowledgements and Purchase Orders for suppliers based on the customer’s requirements. The system finally generates an invoice for the order. At any stage customers can login to their account to see their complete order history. Web site administrators can manage orders and issue purchase orders for each product purchased. Via the backend, selling prices, supplier prices and contact details can be kept up-to-date. All communication (quotations, order acknowledgements and purchase orders) are generated in PDF form, so they can be printed (for fax) or emailed directly to customers and suppliers who have provided their email details.
