Virtual Data Room
The Virtual Dataroom is a secure on-line document management system that allows confidential documents to be accessed via the Internet. Documents added to the system were scanned and indexed by ReOrient and CTC staff, prior to uploading to the web site.
The system involves several layers of security to make sure that only authorised personnell have access to the data.
With the aid of the Dataroom, top executives from IAG have been able to carry out due diligence on the affairs of the Hastings Insurance Group, accessing financial and other records of a confidential nature.
