Training and Remote Support

We realise that not everyone is a computer expert and that our clients tend to be busy and have other priorities than dealing with the day to day operation of their websites. Nevertheless, we aim to provide you with all the tools to maintain your website content yourself should you require these.

In addition we offer training in the use of our software and telephone support as and when needed. Training can be carried out on-site, at our offices or indeed remotely.

Our remote assistance plan is a very efficient and cost-effective way to make sure that minor issues, and indeed some major ones, are sorted out quickly.
